Cancelation Policies:

• Rate is non-refundable and reservations made are transferable.
• Modification of stay date is permitted free of charge, up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• If the modification is made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, a penalty of a 1-night stay will be incurred.
• For a ‘no show’ or cancellation during confirmed stay dates cancellation fee will be the amount of the total accommodation booked.
• The room rate display may differ from time to time due to the fluctuation is based on market demand
• Rate differences will be applied accordingly for the new stay date.
• Changes to an existing reservation will be subject to villa availability.
• The blackout date applies.

Prepayment Policies – Maneh Villa Langkawi

Full Payment Charge

Maneh Villa reserves the right to charge the full villa payment at any time using the credit card provided at the time the booking is made.

Credit Card Verification Upon Check-In

The physical credit card used for the booking must be presented by the cardholder during check-in for verification purposes. The cardholder will also be required to sign a Credit Card Authorization Form.

Failure to Present Original Card

If the cardholder is unable to present the original credit card, or if the card is unreadable or invalid, Maneh Villa reserves the right to cancel the transaction and process a full refund back to the same card. A new charge will then be processed using an alternative valid credit card.

Refund Processing Time

The refund process typically takes approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, depending on the respective issuing bank and the country of the cardholder.

HOUSE RULES POLICY

• SECURITY / WEAR TEAR DEPOSIT: RM300.00 (OR ANY EQUIVALENT CURRENCIES) is required upon arrival via CASH only.Your deposit will be refunded in full upon check out, subject to an inspection of property.
• NO OUTSIDE VISITORS : Outside visitor is not permitted to enter the villa to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
• NO PARTIES : Parties are NOT allowed at the premises.
• NO PETS : Pets are NOT allowed at the premises.
• QUIET HOURS : Please be informed all villas pool can be use 24hours, the “Quiet Hours" is at 2200hrs until 0800hrs to ensure tranquility of all the guest.
• LATE CHECK OUT PROCEDURE : is subject to villa availability, and additional fees will be applied.
• SMOKING POLICY : Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa indoor area (including Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom). We will impose a cleaning fee of RM500.00 on any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can do it in the villa outdoor area.
• STAIN AND DAMAGE POLICY : Should any stains, including but not limited to those caused by urine or blood, be discovered on the bedding during or after your stay, a cleaning fee RM300.00 will be applied to your room charge. This fee will cover the cost of professional cleaning or replacement of the affected bedding.
• COOKING POLICY : Cooking is strictly prohibited within the villa premises to avoid certain risks such fire hazard and potential damage to the property. We will impose RM500.00 on any guest who violates the cooking policy.
• FRUITS: that admit strong odor or that can cause staining including durian and mangosteens are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms.
• STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Only children 6 years old and below can stay for free with an existing bed (EXCEPT STANDARD VILLA). These limits are for guest safety, comfort and privacy, as well as to avoid excessive wear and tear. 
• HOTEL RESERVED THE RIGHTS : to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type without any refund.
