Maneh Villa – Private Pool offers luxurious villas that provide the perfect escape for couples, families, and groups seeking comfort, relaxation, and privacy. The villa has various options ranging from cozy retreats for two guests to spacious villas that can accommodate up to nine guests, also fully furnished with spacious living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchenettes, providing you with all the comforts of home. Each villa features a private pool with exclusive access to an outdoor space for utmost seclusion that surrounded by lush greenery, and the soothing sounds of nature will create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay. You can enjoy the natural beauty of our gardens, where you'll find a variety of tropical plants and flowers.

The villa provides a range of personalized services to cater to the needs of guests, including airport transfers, in-room spa services, laundry, breakfast options, and personalized decoration services for anniversaries, birthdays, and honeymoons. The villa also offers activities such as unicorn float, day and sunset cruises, and kayak adventures, providing endless excitement for guests.
Our stunning villa located in the strategic area of Pantai Tengah. With its proximity to Pantai Cenang, you'll have an abundance of restaurants and dining options just a short walk away. Plus, the beautiful nearby beaches are also just a leisurely stroll from your doorstep, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal clear waters.
HOUSE RULES
- SECURITY / WEAR TEAR DEPOSIT: RM300.00 (OR ANY EQUIVALENT CURRENCIES) is required upon arrival via CASH only. Your deposit will be refunded in full upon check out, subject to an inspection of property.
- NO OUTSIDE VISITORS : Outside visitor is not permitted to enter the villa to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
- NO PARTIES : Parties are NOT allowed at the premises.
- NO PETS : Pets are NOT allowed at the premises.
- QUIET HOURS : Please be informed all villas pool can be use 24hours, the “Quiet Hours" is at 2200hrs until 0800hrs to ensure tranquility of all the guest.
- LATE CHECK OUT PROCEDURE : is subject to villa availability, and additional fees will be applied.
- SMOKING POLICY : Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa indoor area (including Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom). We will impose a cleaning fee of RM500.00 on any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can do it in the villa outdoor area.
- STAIN AND DAMAGE POLICY : Should any stains, including but not limited to those caused by urine or blood, be discovered on the bedding during or after your stay, a cleaning fee RM300.00 will be applied to your room charge. This fee will cover the cost of professional cleaning or replacement of the affected bedding.
- COOKING POLICY : Cooking is strictly prohibited within the villa premises to avoid certain risks such fire hazard and potential damage to the property. We will impose RM500.00 on any guest who violates the cooking policy.
- STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Only children 6 years old and below can stay for free with an existing bed (EXCEPT STANDARD VILLA). These limits are for guest safety, comfort and privacy, as well as to avoid excessive wear and tear.
- HOTEL RESERVED THE RIGHTS : to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type without any refund.
